Set by hand. Given with meaning.

The name
In Arabic, thamara is the fruit — and the reward that comes after patient work. Every bar is made that way: chosen nut by nut, roasted slowly, bound in the sweetness of dates and set by hand until it is worth giving.
The Five صندوق الخمسة
Green pistachio halves pressed into soft date — the house signature, and the one people ask for again.
Small, buttery pine nuts and toasted sesame, set thin so it snaps clean.
Hazelnuts left whole and roasted deep, for a bar with a little more bite.
Pistachio, almond and pumpkin seed — colour, crunch and everything in between.
Chopped almond and golden sesame in a darker, caramel-edged set.

The collection

Olive linen, a leather pull-tab and five bars under parchment — one of each garden. The box most people start with.

A two-drawer chest in cognac leather with brass pulls. Forty pieces, each wrapped and stamped with the Thamara mark — made to sit open on a majlis table.

Soft taupe board, a brushed-gold band and an embossed plaque. Filled to order — choose the flavours, the count and the card inside.
How it's made

Nuts are sorted by hand for size and colour; anything broken or dull is set aside.
Small batches, low heat, turned often — until the oils bloom and the kitchen smells of it.
Bound with date and a slow caramel, pressed into trays and left to settle overnight.
Every piece is cut, wrapped and stamped by hand, then laid into its box.
